Hi, I’m Dzulfikar — a Associate Service Operations Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia. I specialize in system administration, cloud infrastructure, and platform monitoring, with a strong focus on cloud tech, opensource and enterprise ready stack.

I currently work at NTT Indonesia (part of NTT Data, Inc.) as Associate Service Operations Specialist. In this role I have responsibility to manage, maintain, and do troubleshooting cloud-related work to make sure the business working smoothly as expected.

My previous workplace was Eranyacloud, a local Tier-4 certified cloud service provider, where I help businesses maintain uptime, implement HA setups (including Skudonet clusters), and support enterprise cloud deployments. My daily work revolves around Linux systems, Cloud infrastructure, cPanel, and scripting tools that ensure cloud reliability and performance.
