Hi, I’m Dzulfikar — a Cloud Support Engineer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. I specialize in system administration, cloud infrastructure, and platform monitoring, with a strong focus on opensource and enterprise ready stack.

I currently work at Eranyacloud, a local Tier-4 certified cloud service provider, where I help businesses maintain uptime, implement HA setups (including Skudonet clusters), and support enterprise cloud deployments. My daily work revolves around Linux systems, Cloud infrastructure, cPanel, and scripting tools that ensure cloud reliability and performance.

I graduated with a Applied Bachelor’s in Internet Engineering Technology from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), with a GPA of 3.85, and have been recognized through initiatives like the Village Community Empowerment Program (P2MD).

Before Eranyacloud, I served as a Helpdesk Administrator under the Digital Talent Scholarship (Kominfo) and worked as a Computer Lab Assistant at SV UGM. These roles sharpened my problem-solving skills and my ability to support both users and systems at scale.
